Aashi Bagga is also the founder of Flying Femme Agency; her entrepreneurial journey started after she founded this inclusive agency meant to give a solid platform and the right guidance from scratch to both aspiring and seasoned models wanting to ace their careers in modelling and pageantry without putting any superficial limits on them and going beyond that.
Aashi fiercely believes in giving personalised guidance and grooming to each talent with her expertise as a mentor. My mission as the founder of this inclusive agency is to provide a long-standing glorious career & incredible transformation to female talents all over India and give them a national-level platform, helping them impart relevant knowledge of the glamour industry from industry experts.
As a model myself, when I was a newbie in this field, I faced a lot of hurdles, and due to access to genuine mentors and insights, I was misguided a lot and faced several issues during my days as an incipient model. The journey was definitely not a cakewalk for me, but I single-handedly managed to thrive and strongly believed in my calibre.
Today I am stoked to say that it was indeed a learning transition for me from a budding model to a seasoned supermodel, and now I am also the founder of the agency.
